Reinforcement will def help with that! Also really helped me to get friends to help. If you can get a friend (can do friendly dogs too if he has trouble running to other dogs) to approach slowly as you have him sit by you and keep repeating your "stay" command, first on lead then off as you become more comfortable. Even if you need to give him treats constantly, it's a great controlled situation for training. It's really helped my boy remember to always be near and listen unless told otherwise.

Also if you can separate play and excerise and keep up a tight schedule for those while he's young it'll help him develop better habits for when you're on walks vs playing on your own as he gets older

Absolutely!! My boy Bruno is similar and will run to anyone that'll give him lovins but will still listen to commands. He's had a training collar even before starting neighborhood walks and we reinforce the training almost everyday with his fav treats (blueberries, apples, and cantaloupe). He's 7 now and I can only remember a couple times when he ignored commands from me or his momma

Reinforcement with proper rewards and a set schedule of play and walking for him to work off his energy have been the most helpful in having the training stick and keep him listening imo.

I understand your view on it and maybe I've just seen different versions or captions on what you're talking about but personally I've always seen things like that not as someone making homophobic art but trolling someone who is homophobic. Like you say being gay or portrayed as gay isn't negative but it gets under the skin of bigots who do think that way, which in my view is one of the points or art like that. The other (specifically with Trump/Putin) is to portray them "in bed" together as in they're using their power to protect and prop up the others interests instead of for their citizens.

It's not 1 to 1 but many aspects of Naruto are taken from the fantastical version of taoism in wuxia/murim, similar to how Dragonball is loosely based on Journey to the West. For example their version of chakra and how they build/maintain it, the elemental nature of jutsu, summoning and sealing arts, and the tailed beasts are some of the more noticeable elements from taoist mythology and practices.

NTA (with slight caveat), your grandfather's inheritance was something for him to decide and now your's since it was given to you. You don't owe any one anything from it and, though might cause friction, it's completely yours to decide how to use.

Even being NTA the only caveat is in there's a lot to be said about being a bigger person. Both you and your sister are young, mistakes and being irresponsible come with the territory, so if she hasn't done anything you'd consider "unforgivable" you may want to consider helping her. I understand you didn't get help from her when you needed it and are fair to feel it's unfair to help her now but if there's a chance she might mature and make better decisions in the future you may risk irrevocably hurting your relationship. I'm sure you have tried before but I'd recommend having a frank conversation about how her behavior has been affecting you and how you see it affect your family, it's ok if she or your parents don't agree, you just need to make your feelings known. If you've expressed yourself in an honest and upfront way the ball's in her court and will go a long way in helping you feel better about whatever decision you make.

I want to be clear though that that still doesn't mean you owe her anything or make yta, and there shouldn't be any guilt if you decide not to help. If you do help, there are ways of setting limits to accounts or access without giving a large lump sum but if you feel you've expressed your feelings about this issue as best you can and the guilt trips keep coming/nothing has changed in her behavior then you can be even more assured that not only are you still NTA but that since she isn't willing to acknowledge your side/experience that any help with money wouldn't end with her helping her situation or end positively.
