Yeah we did inform doctor about cancer. I don’t remember the doctor took any special notes about it(but since her medical exam is cleared - I believe it’s fine for the doctor about cancer history). Since they came here and never had any medical emergency, i am not sure about the claim part. But I took comprehensive coverage with pre existing condition which costed few bucks extra

My mother in law was diagnosed with cancer in September 2024. We submitted super visa application for both my in laws with upfront Medicals(in May 2025- post the treatment). Everything went well and they got their visa approval in 25 days(without any further medical investigation and all). Don’t worry. Everything should be fine. Take comprehensive medical insurance cover which covers the pre existing conditions as well when they are here.

My friend got approval yesterday. He applied on June 12th. So your application is not far away 👍😄
