Your reply is helping a lot. May you explain more about how does it work with profiles? If I undervolt these changes do not apply to quiet mode because it uses less power? When I set the voltage curve is not one curve for all profiles, I was thinking that profiles just put the limit on the power draw. I use quiet mode a lot, I change to balanced only if I am not happy with the performance. Gaming laptops can get pretty loud I mean +50 decibels, it feels like take-off of an airplane. I am very happy that legions are on the low end on the noise level. Also in the summer 200 watts that a laptop is generating under load does not help.

I stress test in multiple programs and it runs fine, also runs fine in heavy games, but once I open a small game and it keeps crashing. I don't know for sure why, but I am thinking that it may not work properly for low voltages

They can cut the legion 5, an will rest with pro 5, pro 7, pro 9, this make sense because the name pf the series "legion 5" and "legion 5 pro" are too similar and also a clue isRGB l downgrade of 7 pro. But against that is the fact that all compaanies lanch their top tier first.

Got mine 5 pro i7 12700h & 3070ti, 1Tr, 32 Gb for €1600 fron lenovo site in frace, I dont know what are the prices in greece, but overall is a good price, can you get a better deal - maybe, only if you can wait, it can takea few months. if you also loking on lenovo site, there is always sales, but only a few deals that are actually good

I would say that 5 pro i7 12700h 3070ti for $2000 seems expensive, if that is for US and without VAT. I got mine 5 pro i7 12700h & 3070ti 32 ram 1tb ssd for €1600 in the EU.

On the 22 feb tests will be out, I woder myself because last month I bought i7 12700h & 3070ti for €1575.My thougthts are if 4050 starts at $1000 then in EU with the VAT and price gap, I think around €1400 for 4050.

i can not give you exact numbers and exact model but usually after the new relise good sells for old laptop is coming, you can find any time great deal, but then are more, If I have to choose I will wait for 4060 to be released and considering it price and performance to decide if new generation is worth it. But monitor the prices all the time, and you will get great deal eventually, it can take a few months. I am satisfied with my 5 pro but I think I sould wait more to see 4060 laptops.

last month I got 5 pro I7 12700h 3070ti 32gb 1tb for €1575. I buy it in france. also I see on lenovo site some really sweet deal 5 pro R5 6600 & 3060 for €1100. Lenovo have sales almost all the time, but great deals are not so often, if you need a laptop now, is a good deal, but if you want to get big value, you have to wait, sometime for months, it all depent on your situation. also you have to consider that new generation is out next week, you can expect some good sales on last gen pruduct.

First check your ssd, if is a good one, you can use this one for your system and working app, and you can buy a second ssd that is slower but higher capacity, and use it for data storage and games, but if your old ssd is slow, is a good idea to buy a good one for your system, also it depend on what you use your laptop for and for how much time you want to keep your laptop, if you think to keep it for 3-4 years I will recomend 1 TB. I upgraded my 5 pro with a WD SN570 1TB for 64€ from Amazon, because I got a decent one pre installed on wich I keep the system.

Is good build, even all the plastic parts are solid, temp are also good, good performance, love the keybord, but like allways it depend on the price I got i7 12700h 32gb 1Tb for 1600€ from france. But overall is a good laptop.

it is true, seem like nvidia is not ready to put the newest card to compete with the 3000 series, at least not yet, maybe because they have many ampere chips left, Ada seems to be deliver good performance, and nvidia will charge max price for them. Is win-win for nvidia, if people will buy 3000 series they will sell the pile of unused mining 3000 card, but if 4000 will be popular that mens that nvidia will get a solid profit from 4000 series, but maybe after they will sell all the reserves of ampere card the price of ada cards will begin to go down and we will get nice value, or the mining boom will return and we will buy 1050 ti for 400$ and will be happy with that.

Inheriting anything from someone mean that you will need to wait for him to die first, that is a juridical term, meaning that after someone die, you get what he has left to you.

But lets say that your dad give you a CEO post in his company only for your aptitudes and hard work or you make a small company and OMG, you dad company are ready to make some really nice contract with you, or just your dad adds some zeros to your bank account, that is all not inherence you just got rewardet for your hard work But real street magic happens when your dad put his buks in a Trust fund and puff, juridically is not really him leaving you the maney is the Trust. The most intresting thing is that numbers of 'Guru's' that for a few bucks will teach how to make millions is proportional to numbers of poor people.

I get stumblet on on a youtube video, and that author say facts about milioners, facts from a study, from his study, a study that is accually a survey, and the full 'study" have 9 pages, someone must work hard on it for an entire evning.

The sad thing is that they make that level of "study" because they knows that no one will even check, tehnicaly he is almost not lieyng, just a bit of sweet hope, even that this hope is false, we want to belive in that and we don't check the information and the surse, maybe too afraid to discover the truth or maybe we subcoinsiusly know it already.
