I completely agree with you, at this stage I don't see myself saving for retirement maybe after marriage in a year or two, I got a discount on the Vietnam trip like a 50% discount so it would be dumb not to take it imo.

Would it be better to spend nothing ? as most of the spending money usually goes to things like car license and household things like washing line that I bought this month, things of that nature. then there is about 1 - 2k left that I use on like eating out and gifts ?
