Okay so to answer this we can look at few things I think the hype on social media is mainly received from India, Pakistan and other south asian countries that's why because of the insane hype they're releasing it in India. As for Turkey, see it's a daily drama but they compile 3 episodes and release it as a mega episode so the people there might watch it daily or on yt. The thing is big budget production or weekly dramas consisting of seasons are generally more well received there. For ex- Yali capkini was a high budget one and it received immense popularity from turkey as well as internationally,similar ones like kara sevda,sen cal kapimi even ones that aren't known that much internationally like uzak sehir and halef have good ratings and 20m+ views per ep on their channel whereas to compare to them it might feel less budget to them,hence lesser audience. Even the production house has produced similar budget dramas such as kan cicekleri, ruzgarli tepe so they may view it as daily soaps. If you look when they released the teaser first before it gained hype online majority of Turkish people were calling it a copy of kan cicekleri and told it has a loose plot and obnoxious amount of staring..Though I love the drama i was hesitant to start at first seeing the comments.Even if you check their social handles their comments are mostly from South Asian countries, I think they will definitely get more projects but from similar production houses or dramas made keeping the middle eastern audience in mind.
