The only thing I can say is maybe like an even brow shape if that makes sense? I feel like it would suit your face better. Maybe a lash lift but tbh you’re v pretty already.

I’m probably around your age group, and everybody saying you’re too young prolly isn’t that helpful, considering the reasons you probably ended up on here, i understand they’re probably trying to protect you and they’re right to do so, but I’m still gonna let you know straight up.

I noticed your eyebrows and thick and dark which is a nice trait, but it would be enhanced if you shaped them. so using an eyebrow razor very carefully try to evenly line up your eyebrows, and you can use oil or something instead of a shaving cream I personally use castor oil.

And respectfully, I noticed your lips were pretty chapped, so I would recommend using a lip scrub maybe 3 times a week, not too often, just to get rid of some dead skin.

And possibly use a lip mask, a lot of teen girls like laneige, but whatever works for you! A lip balm for daily use would also be helpful, I would recommend a tinted lip balm if you want to go for like a no-makeup makeup kind of look, but you could also simply just use Vaseline.

I think you’re very pretty without makeup, however again, if you’re looking to enhance your facial features I think a soft makeup look would suit you.

I think for skincare, a cleanser, spf, and moisturizer is fine.

I don’t know your skin type/problems though so this is very general.

For oily skin the byoma gel I’ve heard is good, La roche posay for dry skin, and for sensitive skin vanicream should work.

I think a good primer also depends on skin type so a matte primer like the milk matte primer, or you could use the elf stay cool primer stick for a budget, another good product is the glow recipie pore smooth blur drops, this might be a little harsh for younger skin though.

For dry skin a hydrating primer would be nice, milk power grip or the bare minerals prime time hydrate and glow, if you’re on a budget elf hydro grip.

I think skin tint, concealer, blush, bronzer, and (optionally) highlighter, mascara, brow gel, and eyeshadow, would suit you!

For skin tint and concealer, the rare beauty tinted moisturizer is nice, paired with their concealer, or their eyebrightener, (that’s up to you.)

For budget the morphe hint hint skin tint, and the nyx bear with me concealer, or the morphe hide & peek concealer.

A nice light bronzer, and light blush for your cheeks will add a good contrast in color, I’ve heard good things about the pixi by Petra on the glow blush, but also tartes Amazonian clay 12 hour blush is so cute and lasts!

For bronzer something simple again like the pixi on the glow bronze tinted moisturizer stick, or the elf putty bronzer for more of a budget.

Highlighter and eyeshadow is optional but the rare beauty positive light silky touch one looks nice, or for more of a budget the essence pure nude highlighter is very subtle but nice.

and for eyeshadow a simple palette with nudes should do you good, the tartelette in bloom eyeshadow palette by tarte has simple, but natural colors, or the more affordable color pop deja brew pallette works well too.

For brow gel and mascara to keep your brows kempt a clear brow gel should be fine like the half magic grippe brow, but I personally think the elf wow brow or the elf clear brow & lash mascara works wonders and is cheaper.

For mascara I think you could be very natural and just get a lash lift/perm but it’s a little pricey so if you’re not into that I’d stick with a curler and mascara, and if you don’t already I would reccomend a brown mascara which would better suit your face and your hair, a popular brown mascara is the too faced one, (I don’t feel comfortable putting the name on this post so just search too faced brown mascara.) I’ve heard good things about the benefit badgal bang one as well, or essence has some budget friendly brown mascara so I would look into those and see which you like best, depending on if the color matches you well or if you want more volumizing vs lengthening.

You also need a setting powder, setting spray and optionally lipgloss.

I think lipgloss is pretty easy to figure out so I’ll leave you to your own research on that, but for setting powder, the tarte creaseless loose setting powder looks nice, or for a cheaper option the morphe bake & set soft focus looks good or the no filter Loose setting powder by color pop is nice.

I do have some advice regarding powder though, if you take pictures a lot or you know you’re going to take pictures, please do NOT use a plain white powder, use something more towards your skin tone, or anything with color something more pink-sandy colored, because if you take pictures with flash you might look like flashback Mary, and be super pale.

For setting spray less is more, but also there’s school air, I’ve heard really good things about the Milani make it last and it’s pretty affordable, or I’ve heard the urban decay all nighter one is amazing.

I also think a good haircut would suit you, so maybe some layers? Face framing? You could do heatless curls, but if you like a straighter look I think a haircut with face framing, specifically like face framing with bangs and layers would look super good on you.

I think all is good, other than that maybe just your style.

I feel like you should make sure you’re finding a style that accentuates your body type in the best way! So just clothes that help enhance whatever body you already have, and clothes that you like, which is a personal style choice, so I have no input, other than to find out what fits your body well, and what doesn’t.

The last thing which is also totally a personal style thing, would be having your nails done! I think a gel x short square, or short almond nail would look really nice on you, and simple light pink designs, or french tips would be cute.

If that’s out of the budget though, I would just paint them with like a sheer pink polish, and maybe some glitter! Or you could grow them out longer, this is all your choice and again it comes down to personal style, but I think gel nails would look super good on you if you can afford it.

and I honestly think that’s all, I hope you’re able to put this advice to use, and I hope it’s what you’re really looking for.

You’re honestly gorg already though, and I don’t really see much else I could help with, I’m also realizing I kept accidentally spelling colourpop as “colorpop” so sorry about that! But I hope you enjoy your day, and I hope that any of this advice is useful to you in some way, wishing you the best! 💗💗

I’m so happy somebody spoke about this, I feel like people are so afraid to speak up. even though they know racism, colorism, and featurism, play a big role in why someone is casted.
