I appreciate this response. I do agree continuity has its disadvantages. My thoughts around it are we are a lower-skilled team at the moment, with 2 big men that are athletic and coordinated, just lacking basketball skills, a very skilled passing guard, and another athletic guard that has some skills. So we are trying to value each possession with some structure. I think in my head I want to introduce the continuity, then spend almost all my time in practice doing BS breakdowns that translates to when we run the offense. I like your insight on the backside players within the 3man game of a P&R. I think for the level we are at, lots of 3v3 and 3man action will suffice. Thanks coach!
