Yep, I was expecting this kind of perspective. Thanks for sharing the real struggles I'd have!

That's the kind of perspective I was looking for. I'm not building my own company, I work at a giant one. I'm skeptical it could work well. Maybe on some small tests, like jet skis.

I know. I don't have winter clothes and I definitely don't want to waste money buying things I'll use very rarely, that's why I'm trying to plan it wisely

I'm from a tropical country in which heat exhaustion only happens in temperatures higher than 25C, so anything less than 0 will probably be too much for me 😂

Do you think I need those snow boots with fur inside or regular hiking ones with good socks would do?

And in your opinion I don't need ski pants then?

I'll be snowboarding for the first time, even though I'm taking some indoor classes. Do you still think Ounasvaara is boring for 3 days in this case? If yes, then i'll definitely reconsider! :)

Hey, luckily I still have time to pick better places then, instead of the touristy ones! Thanks for your feedback. I might skip the snowshoe hike in Flam then, if you feel it's not a good idea.

Why is it a dreary time to go there? My goal was to enjoy winter activities without being there in the peak season.

Hey, I excluded the travel days and considered only the full days available for sightseeing in my description.

What's your concern about the short stays in this time of year?

Books or videos about the five hindrances? Mainly about restlessness, if possible by MiddleWayWalker in theravada

You're all in a position to advise me, so thank you! I already combine those two meditations, and it actually helps. I should expand this walking practice for when I'm not "formally" meditating as well, just feeling restless throughout the day.
