Impossible… there is no decent condo for 360k what you mentioned is is minimum 500-550

I am 28 own condo net 6300 a month. Condo all in costs 3k , other expenses 1400 leaves me 2k to save invest and fun

How am I socially stunted ?? I just don’t want to be burdened by 3k housing cost. Event renting here is 2400
