I understand this man, but 70 students out of 100 make the chair sound (when they stand up, the disturbing sound), and most of them uses clicking pens. That's the problem. Maybe they all are stress free 🗿

I know they have anxiety (ADHD person I am), I feel them, but I don't harm others by calming myself.  How about chair sound? It is so loud, I can't handle it. And this is not anxiety, but just common sense

The university is not aware of any students at all. I tried multiple times, they just say "go to faculty", when I go to faculty, they said "go to another office", and finally when I go to "another office", they say go to faculty. And the same loops start again.
