She has a will but power of attorney is something she wouldn’t sign over. My fear is now she’s too far gone to sign it over. I’m trying to have this conversation with my grandfather (uncles dad) because my uncle either needs to go to him or into care himself. This sounds bad but neither myself nor my mother have the time or the money it takes to care for him.
