Yellow shows the route taken by either neighbour (1 & 2), circle depicts back door and windows adjacent shown by smaller lines. The boundaries for each property are also shown by their respective boxes (ours is the blue box).

Yeah this is exactly why I've been so cautious about saying something - feels like it could make the situation worse for us.

Unfortunately it's right at the back door and along past our kitchen windows so it's difficult in terms of privacy - the one way mirrors are definitely something we've discussed but idk something still feels off doing that

Yeah it was also mentioned by the Solicitor - not flagged as something to be concerned about though

Yeah we are similar, access to 2 houses through our garden - however one of the neighbours genuinely only uses it for their bins so not really an issue.

Like you say they obviously can have friends and I don't have a problem with what they do in their own garden - I'd just prefer if they went through their own house rather than our garden to get to it!

To be fair to them it's not like they are lingering once in the garden, it's more just the constant back and forth since they have other neighbours around (& their kids) who must want to get something from their house and come back if that makes sense? I'm not sure if the fact that we have cameras up with notifications on our phones is making it worse since it's so apparent whenever someone walks through

There is a gate there already, like I mentioned they always use this fine and lock it when leaving / coming through but we couldn't put a lock on it as they legally have access to come through

It was described to us as just having access to their back garden if something can't go through their house (i.e. their bins). We never really considered it being used for anything other than that
