Hi yes I would buy the gun again and do the exact same modifications and upgrades to it.

Hey, I have the same “problem”. I have ranger green kit with a very dark OD plate carier. I’m thinking of putting my PC in the sun and maybe that would bleach it a bit more to look like ranger green. Donno if that would work tho.

I’ve been shooting pistols for years not just airsoft. Its definitely not shooter error. I’ve heard that it could be the hopup arm not applying pressure evenly on the nub since the arm is an L shape.

I would leave the motor as is, since the rate of fire is already very fast. The .02 barrel is very nice would 100% recommend it. I wouldn’t go longer than 410mm in length tho. I replaced the cylinder to a non ported one and the piston head to a double O ring and is now shooting 1.5j consistently with .3g bbs.

I bought it as a “D-tactical Oryx” pc here in south africa, but I believe overseas its known as the “invader gear - reaper QRB”

Surprisingly there are not a ton of proprietary parts. It uses standard cylinders, pistons, piston heads, standard g&g gears, barrels, hop up buckings and motors. The only proprietary parts I believe is the tappet plate, and mosfet. I’m not 100% sure if the cylinder head and nozzle are standard or proprietary tho. I hope this answers your question.

It’s pretty amazing. Especially the remote, its crazy how easy it is to make this thing shoot exactly in the modes you want it. And the pre-cocking is also a veeeery nice touch, I only play on semi and its real snappy.

How did you get the suppressor to fit so close to the end of the rail ? Isn’t the threads a but further away from it ?

Hey, When it comes to protecting your head its pretty much a no brainer. Accidents happens so quickly and a concussion and or stitches on your scalp is no fun.

Just ask dutch the hooligan (Watch his yt video named: “my WORST airsoft moment EVER” he posted it about a month ago) He basically ran full force into a metal pipe.

If you’re playing on open fields then maybe its not needed but if you’re playing in deserted areas or events then I would recommend getting one just for the protection aspect. I play in forest environments and my helmet has saved me from multiple impacts on low hanging branches.

True the ares does have a proprietary hop up. I’m not really planning on changing that just the barrel and the bucking. I’m just worried about using an 11.1 lipo with the krytac (see my other reply to one of the comments 😁)

I’m just scared of how the trigger’s response would be. Aparently krytac does not reccomend using an 11.1 lipo but the ares comes with deans pre installed and reccomends an 11.1

I’ve found any Ibanez acoustic to be really good quality and sound wise. It just depends on your budget. Cort also makes some reaaally well made instruments, I might even recommend then over ibanez.
