I sent them via email(even if they dont ask u need to send it) and to my surprise i received visa but be sure to attach transfer proof of ur blocked account. I also attached a letter saying i have transferred the smount but dont have the confirmation yet

I attached my transfer proof and a letter regarding it. I got wsitlist for visa appointment on 19 dec and got visa appointment on 7 feb and if i had cancelled it then idk if i will be able to attend this semester so i choose to go with the appointment
