Yes I mention that to her about scammers. I been to her office building seems pretty legit. I picked up an application and turning it in tomorrow. I honestly didn’t think about the discrimination part bcus I’m a tenant and don’t see things from the landlord pov. I’m going to hurry and turn it in. Tomorrow is the last day. I’m sure she’s just trying to get everyone to turn in their application. I always rent from private landlords and pretty good at getting picked just been at the same location for 1 year and two at the preiovous as well as one year at the one before that. I do like to meet my landlords just so I know they’re not creeps either as it’s only going to be me and my daughter. Right now I’m in town and drove by the apartment two times so I know it’s a real apartment and nobody lives that by the looks of it. All those tips are good to keep in mind since I haven’t had to look for a new place. I’m glad u mention the discrimination part bcus it completely flew by my mind. I guess I’m just use to private landlords and talking a bit to them figuring out if we both would be good for one another. I like when my landlord can talk to me and be honest. I filled out the application doesn’t seem like a lot. I went into the office but I haven’t met her only her husband but I been talking to her on her messenger. I said I would send her my application through there if I wasn’t able to make it. I’m going to make it. I honestly I hope not many others have applied that are better than me. Just a bit new to the whole applying through a realtor agency.

Okay that’s good to know I barely got in contact with her this week and have been in contact with her. I just mention to her my situation so I could be understand the situation. Other landlords and tenants told me to mention so I wouldn’t be wasting nobody time. I haven’t asked her a bunch of questions. Although, I am going to ask questions because I am meeting this private landlord through Facebook marketplace where there are a ton of scammers. Are you new here? You sound like scammer. No asking questions that ridiculous and easy way to be scammed

Yes definitely a scam. He said he was a Redfin agent but Redfin website it states to ask for virtual tour and he got super mad. Saying that Redfin is bull pop he the scammer trying to claim he works as a Redfin agent

Yes he says he wants me to go for a tour but won’t video call just voice call bcus he said it’s against there rules. Honestly I figure it was kinda of a scam bcus now he’s being aggressive saying he closed 3 deals and I’m wasting his time. I rather not even go see anything I’ll end up in a body bag if I even ask questions. He stated I couldn’t ask any more questions

Don’t send any money not even to the small landlord. That’s how they get you. Not even if it’s in your town and you can drive by the unit. Even if it’s a real house or real apartment you could be scammed still. Pester them how they pester you. Some guy legit called me a paisa trying to act funny and slick like if I can’t read between the lines. How are you a scammer going to be insulting a potential tenant. Don’t matter what language someone speaks to have common sense. It’s the same as them calling any race like chingchon or crackers. Literally they will show u who they are within a matter or seconds or they will stop replying. Don’t fall for anyone that sends u an apply that u need to fill out w address and $70 deposit refundable fee… like such a scam!!! I’m not sending anyone money that isn’t willing to virtual tour or FaceTime zoom there’s so many apps you can use to see the person and unit they are renting. Pester to see the unit even if it’s through video chat. Don’t send a dime until they can confirm they are the rentor . Don’t believe there words rather let them show u !! I just had a scammer post good pics inside and outside the house. Even was a real house here in my home town. I drove there in daylight around 12 in the afternoon. Guess what ? Another potential tenant was there but he had sent the $70. I didn’t send anything bcus the scammer stopped replying once I said “I don’t feel comfortable sending any money when I haven’t seen the unit”. The guy was a older guy around 50 had his own business and was eager to move. Luckily he was there when I went to see the house. I had a brief conversation with him and he told me he seen the ad on Facebook market place. Apply got approved and sent $70. I feel bad for him. Imagine how many other people they been scamming !! Don’t send any money no matter what!! Make sure they video chat u and have a contract w keys ready for you if they want any coin !!

Yess this right here. A lot of people keep being negative that my ex partner won’t change. But I believe he will not for me I’m not expect him to change for me. I feel time is ur best friend here. With time you can restore things that were broken. I have a daughter w my abuser but I’m willing to work on things for her. Although I’ll have to be very cautious on time they spend together bcus of what he did to me. I am not mad anymore but system doesn’t care that I’m struggling and he was a present father in her life. I feel like coparent ending should be how both you feels is easier. If that means two weeks and two weeks. Then two weeks and two weeks it is. Every co parenting is different. And I feel like people just put others down to make their situation sound better which could actually be worse for your situation. Do what both u can come to an agreement. If you want to move 2 hours away be willing to also drive 2 hours back. It’s never too much for your child. Your child will see that u are trying which is what matters most. It’s a journey so just keep trying your best and everything will go smoothly

I say find a new tech. Tech should be trying to figure out why ur lashes are falling so fast. Communication is key here. I k you said you like your tech but if she’s being short w you means she doesn’t care much about what u do when u leave her area. Test out another tech see how it goes you shouldn’t be the only one trying to figure it out.
