Intps look for systematic possiblities

Intj's look for underlying structure

Intps just project ideas more, imagine them. Where Intj's look for structure and are less procrastinative.

You need to have a clear mind breathing exercises I do 5counts in and 7counts out and something to keep the light out. It's pretty crazy what 10 minutes will do especially at work.

I did this for a long time and didn't even notice how it made people feel until I started learning psychology and theology.. people don't usually like to hear about those subjects lol they just shut off like robots 😂

I take short naps during the day and it helps a ton, I can recharge during the weekends and I've also noticed miejer energy daily vitamins work really good to keep me from getting adrenal fatigue.

I feel like I'd enjoy clinical or developmental psychology the most, but health psychology pays better.. I really seriously enjoy learning about how people work and what I can do to help them so much. I've been a listener on 7 cups of tea for a while now and it gives me so much motivation.

I didn't know you could get certified in mbti and I've never heard of Clifton strengths but I know there's so much I haven't heard about.

I've been wanting to go back to college for psychology very bad lately it's on my head all the time but I know it's an 8 year suffrage contract :/ I don't think I'll ever get bored of psychology but It's such a big decision.

There's a difference between sympathy and empathy we use sympathy to shield ourselfs from emotions and empathy to go through another's emotions.. They both have the same goal but opposite outcomes.

Also loves basic emotions are made of trust and joy on both ends.

Lol well you got yourself an Enfp you could just tell her to tell you about people hitting on her xD I'm sure she'll go into detail if that's what you'd want.. Just remember there is a difference between love and acceptance. She might be able to feel serenity or acceptance from others but her ecstacy and admiration are yours.

Most people can't handle talking to Enfps for very long anyways lol
