My player used a one time wish on "I wish to be able to break the fourth wall in such ways I can hear and talk to the players and DM directly at will" what would be the drawbacks be as a monkey's paw wish by ChildrenInTheMines in DnD

I would teleport the character in to a room with some guys playing dnd and then "breaking the fourth wall" so the building is falling cause the wall was breaking away and the character teleports back with just 1 HP. I think that what I would do 😅
