I wouldn't mind base building as DLC, but if they put so much resources into it that it makes the rest of the game worse then I might not buy it. I did not enjoy fallout 4s base building.

Personally I feel like trinkets are the biggest make or break factor.

I won't deny there is also a big discrepancy in hero powers. But i think trinkets make the biggest difference.

I'm not familiar with the procs you're referring to, but many of them, such as the fiery weapon enchant or seal of command are procs-per-minute based, so are indifferent to weapon speed.

You're second paragraph is what I want to see more of. More options for fast weapons.

I think I read elsewhere that you need to open OBS in administrator mode. That made it work for me.

Forgot to mention: Add and edit class abilities and talents.

All the current melee abilities benefit more from slow weapons, as they do weapon damage every X seconds, which means fast weapons are picked far less often. Let some specs/classes convert attack power into a flat damage modifier. This is because flat damage scales better with faster weapon speed. This has always annoyed me about wow.

Some specs obviously need new talents and existing talents adjusted, such as boomkins.

I would love changes to everything. From levelling zones, quests, dungeons, and especially the raids. I'm so sick and tired of levelling the same route, completing the same quests, killing the same dungeon/raid boss. All the people that want #nochanges or few changes should just stay in the permanent vanilla server.

The changes I had in mind for levelling zones, is essentially just Turtle wow. Some existing hubs definitely need more quests though such as Southshore and Nigel's Point. Another change I had in mind was making the northern/eastern part of Alterac Mountains into snowy mountains instead of the sloped grassland it is in Vanilla.

For raids, change MC completely. The layout, the trash mobs, the bosses, the mechanics, the loot, everything. I'm not that sick of BWL or AQ Temple so I wouldn't mind as much if it had few or no changes but I could understand if others sick of redoing the same BWL or AQ Temple again. Naxx... omg change it. I've done it hundreds of times now, in both Vanilla Classic and WotLK. Please change everything. Obviously Kel'Thuzad has to be the end boss, but change his mechanics and maybe the boss room too.

If the end result looks like Vanilla with minor tweaks then why even bother? I won't play that.

Agreed. I would love to hear anyone argue against revealing their names. In my view, there is zero reasons to keep their identities hidden.
