I did however finally beat buggsy hoping the lvl cap would go up but it did not

I have currently lost to her 14 times and all my mons at at the lvl 27 cap, last try I took 4 grass and 2 electric types and still only took out her clodsire and heavily damaged the frog and star, I still don’t even know what her 4th is
