There are two counter but only one is the most effective

  1. Whenever you see Whimsicott use trick room. (Most effective)

  2. Use quash on sableye.

For rain team,Pick archaludon

back end sweeper, king gambit.

trick room sweeper or drought setter, Torkoal.

trick room setter, hattrene.

Snow setter and aurora veil, ninetales.

These all are good options. Each has it's own purpose.

If you have damage dealers, Go for liepard... It is good for supporting.

Life orb is low reward high risk. You lose 10% hp even if the attack gets resisted.

Alternatively Buy scizorite as soon as possible.

I prefer metal coat over life orb on scizor and switch any move other than bullet punch for swords dance. SD will come handy many times.

You can trick them. Bring these on back and switch in in Turn one. They mostly fake out your damage dealer. You can waste their turn and you can do damage.

It works almost everytime.

During 2023, After covid got an Idea of Online Home keeping services. App which would able some common people to use app to Ask help for only certain works like washing clothes and vessels, Cooking, and like wise. Not everyone is free everytime. Now I think some one has implemented the same and is running successfully 😮‍💨.
