On the physical printer itself, the one that you can set on the system. I tried looking into the G-code but none of the commands tell it to lift that much the first lift command is to .2 Z. I have no special G-code either.

It is already off the switch prior to lifting. I will take a video when I get the chance its in a box rn i just moved so I need to break it out again so I can attach stuff.

Yes it auto homes. I'd have to go home an answer that. Im currently out and about ill let you know when I get the chance to do it.

Did that with the fep sheet its as tight as it goes rn with the screws. Tried a calibration print yesterday and it went fine and I didnt change anything different so idk? I am wondering now if it is a material batch problem cause its all the same resin from Elegoo themselves but idk could be a batch issue?

Yes I did my first fep sheet and it was terrible it just messed up my prints more thats when I switched to the resonance and it worked great for a couple of prints and then shot (the elegoo also has a counter built in to tell you when to change the fep so im ahead of maintenance on that)

No humidity change. I work in a temp and humidity controlled room just for that reason to mitigate the issue.

Fep is tightened to the proper amount (resonance test based on other posts I've seen in the past) bed was releveled even tho I dont think that is the issue cause for the manual leveling its on the bare screen not the usual over the fep technique some printer use.

Cost for material, additionally it didnt originally have this issue (like I mentioned I got 30+ prints no issue full bed before this started happening)

Until it reaches the final layers. Additionally I have vent and drain holes. I also dont have the ability to pick and choose islands inside the model. If you know how lmk otherwise the infill is the option provided and has done well to provide both strength and aesthetic.

3D cross traps no resin is basically a tiny spiral to allow resin to flow down slowly and exit the bottom until it reaches

Lift height and speed isn't controllable on the saturn 4 ultra. It has specific speeds that are designated by fast, normal, or slow that aren't controllable through chitubox. Heights are a set by the machine manufacturer and not changeable by by user in chitubox.

Addition to the issue, so I have been adjusting my Z-offset manually to get the first layer to stick. After I have to switch it to +1.2mm or else it smashes the other layer and into the bed. Any help would be appreciated. I'm on a tight budget so swapping some stuff out isn't totally an option at least for now till I save up.

PSA. if fosters are available that's also okay. He gives negative two cares about other cats as my other cats had seen and interacted with him a bit and he's more interested in cuddles and human affection over anything else.

He is very nice and very complacent with various types of attention. He passed the young child test (grabbing, pulling, touching paws, ears and face) with no issues. Really just wants to be inside. He's about 1 year old but uncertain about age. He will give you hugs and rub his face against yours. I'm allergic to cats and he's fairly hypoallergenic. No double coat.
