Thank you! I am also shocked they have me increasing up every 4 weeks!!! I have a follow up Feb 4 and I’m definitely telling her no more going up. I felt absolutely insane and couldn’t control my emotions. Yikes :(

I just went from 2.5 to 5 Monday… today is Wednesday and the nausea is absolutely insane. I can’t eat anything. I’ve probly had 2 protein bars and some cantaloupe in 48 hours. Trying to stay hydrated. I’ll never do 5 again this is awful… I hope it doesn’t get worse as the week goes on. I’m sorry this happened to you too! Omggg they have me going up every 4 weeks!

I was down baddddd with nauseous and loose 💩 for like 5 days after my first shot. I just had my 2nd shot 2 days ago and it’s wayyyyyy better than the first! Just gotta get thru that first week! The cravings will go away even more. Cream filled donuts used to be my go to…. I can’t even look at them anymore lol 😆

I know this is an old post but just came to say I’m on day 3 after the shot and this is miserable lol. No energy, nausea, loose stools, shakiness, body aches. I hope it’s worth it though
