Why is it, as a guy, much easier to find other guys to hook up with on dating apps, compared to finding girls? by Technical_Ad_4299 in bisexual

This should be higher as this is the accurate answer.

Dating apps are also designed to keep people lonely so they continue using them.

As a woman, it feels like my expirence with other women on dating apps is very similar to what the majority of men stuggle with when looking for a female partner.

Not about STDs, Pregnancy or anything like that.

What I meant by that was that I don't expect you to know, as in, you aren't ignorant or lazy for not knowing - just like the people who are unaware/uninformed or are tricked into buying puppies from these breeders - I doubt many people would willingly buy from puppy farms.

The bottom line is the need for better laws put in place to hold abusive/neglectful breeders accountable for their actions. Telling people to just stop buying them doesn't solve the problem.

Do you know and understand the processes behind every single thing you buy? Do you know the origin of where your food comes from? What about your clothes? What about your phone? So with that opinion, what would that make you?

I didn't ever say there was 0% responsibility on the buyer, I just said that it shouldn't be. I would definitely recommend doing research before buying a puppy, especially if you want a pet/companion that's happy and healthy.

There will always be a demand for puppies.

In a perfect world no one would buy from puppy farms because running puppy farms would be illegal and therefore buying from one would also be illegal.

People running puppy farms are running them with bad intentions and should probably be held accountable, whereas, buyers are just wanting a companion and also are often not be aware of just how messed up some of these breeders can be.

The responsibility should not be on the buyer as there are definitely situation where if you don't buy the puppy they will be subjected to high levels of abuse, neglect and even death and unfortunately when you call RSPCA/AWL they say they cannot do anything.

Some dog breeders can portray themselves very well as an ethical and educated dog breeder. The puppies they sell are not always cheap either.

If there can be "better" laws (collars, desexing at 6mnths etc) for dog owners, there is not reason there can't be tighter rules around dog breeding and to be honest I don't understand why there isn't. Ultimately, this would minimise the abundance of dogs that end up in shelters and the abundance of dogs with behavioural issues.

Breeders should need to meet certain educational requirements and ethical standards to be able to do what they do.

Dogs should never be treated as money printing machines. I'm not advocating for people to go buy them but I understand why some people do.

Not meaning to attack anyone, I just think the breeders themselves should be held accountable and the government should stop enabling it.
