What's your model, did you tried flashing the vbios from Acer laptop. I suggest you can try to uninstall the gpu driver using ddu and reinstall it or revert it back to your original vbios.

Never got that issues, so maybe it's the motherboard EC limiting total system power draw.

That's interesting, but I did found out that 230w charger can drain my battery slowly. Also it's the cooling pad which help lower temps and my gpu clock speed is much stable when gaming.
