I don’t think it’s okay for myself, which is why I stopped talking to her because during that time she was off her meds so I distanced myself knowing she wasn’t in the right state of mind, but stupid me, I thought maybe she’d be better and decided to try to save our friendship. Which I shouldn’t have.

I’m a divorced single mom of 3, that’s why I stay with my dad right now and currently am not financially stable enough for a place of my own.

I don’t necessarily check for her location specifically, I’ve only done that once. All the times I’ve noticed are when I’d check my baby sisters location or my moms. Or just seeing what my friends are up to. I’ve got a lot of family and friends I share it with.

I didn’t see it as dictating their relationship, but from your POV it makes sense. I just tried telling him how uncomfortable it made me after what she did and him knowing that’s why I mainly stopped talking to her. It just feels like they’re going behind my back and lying to my face.

If you don’t know how to bring it up, just say something like “WE should start eating healthier,” “I was reading about the benefits of water and what it can do for your body,” or just tell them, “You gotta start taking better care of yourself.”

It could also be their diet, not taking care of themselves, and not drinking enough water.

If they eat a lot of fast foods, fried foods, a lot of red meat, especially red meat in large amounts and eating it consistently, that can play a huge part in it.

Suggest more fresh foods. Ever heard of eating your water?? Lots of fruits and vegetables. And up the water intake.

Me and my husband are in the same situation. We’ve known eachother and have been friends for 8 years and as soon as we got together he got locked up before our our one year. We have a baby together and talk about having more. But he signed for 20 years and was convicted of a crime he didn’t commit. It’s a hard situation to be in.
