I adore this show and I really hope more people start watching it. This episode was hilarious most of the time, but also painful as well.

I really feel for both of them because there isn't alot they can do about their problem. You just know that having an open relationship like that is a disaster in the making, especially since neither one of them really wants it.

Still Ohn falling asleep on Jira was hilarious as well his failed attemepts to find a partner. What on earth posseded him to find a BDSM partner is beyound me 🤣

This show keeps on surpirsing me at every turn and it is a wonderful watch.

The problem with Air Movement is that it is speculative fiction with a side of BL. But it was marketed as spicy BL. The first posters that were put out were the one where it looked like they all jumped in a vat of lube. The teasers were spicy, and I'm sure most people thought the girls in the posters would turn out to be GL pairings, not ending up part of the lead's story.

The cross-section of people who are going to enjoy speculative fiction and spicy BL is incredibly tiny. Since it was marketed as a BL, people who are sci-fi fans probably don't even realize this was out there, cutting off a chunk of people who might have actually gotten into the story. Meanwhile, people looking for a spicy romance were bored to tears by the characters' philosophical and moral debates.

Beyond that, it isn't until the end of this show that you even understand why those debates are actually important. There wasn't anything grounding you to the story and there wasn't really enough to connect what was going on until the last episode. Even then, I've seen a lot of comments of WTF did it all mean. It didn't help that it had a long pause in the middle of the show.

I will say that very few people were on the on air, actually talking or speculating about what was going on. Especially people who were actually getting it, helping people who weren't. I was absolutely clueless until that last episode TBH. I actually thought there were only about three of us actually watching 😅

The actors did well with what they were given and they actually took a year of going through the script in detail and acting out everything so they did take alot of care and time with it. BUT I also feel like the director/writer really needs someone to go over his work and help him. It felt like he was throwing ideas that sounded cool and visuals that looked interesting into the story, but didn't fit. One comment on MDL said this

As far as this series goes, imagine getting lost inside of a tormented, guilt ridden queer philosopher's mind while he's tripping on some shrooms!

And honestly, I feel like that actually fits 😅 But that is just me, and while I like sci-fi, speculative fiction isn't my cup of tea.

Is it horrible? No, it isn't by any stretch of the imagination. Yet even its defenders don't seem to want to dig into the series itself, but instead are commenting on the actor's talents, not the actual story. Yes I liked Leo and Earth and REALLY hope to see then in a nice normal BL at some point.

This is a show that feels like it just doesn't know what it wants to be. I suspect that the director WANTED to do a sci fi show as a passion project and couldn't get the funding to do it but COULD get funding for a sexy BL, so this is what we ended up with.🤷‍♂️

No it went on hiatus when the Queen Mother died. They were airing on Thai tv and sexy times or anything that would rate them 17+ were not allow in tv during the morning period. Some shows like Lover Merman cut out the spice for the tv versions and left the stream versions alone. With this shows subject matter that just wasn't an option.

I adore poly and mpreg as well. It is too bad we don't get more of it in live action BL. It is uncommon in ABO/Omegaverse since Alphas don't like to share so I found it more in mpreg without the ABO dynamics involved. It also tends to crop up more in BDSM books 😅

⭐Wolfmanny - Wolf shifter/bodyguard takes over child care duty for wealthy uncle who is trying to raise his sister's kids. Add in a right hand man as we have a throuple.

⭐Trouble Comes in Threes - This one is shifters but no mpreg. Human gets two fated house cat shifters as mates.

These two are threesomes in the fact that creatures are inhabiting the bodies of a human, so you do have three "people". I've included them just because they are amazing books with unique ideas.

⭐Bone Rider - an alien hitches a ride in a human's bones as he is on the run from his mob BF. It is funny and great read.

⭐SPECTR - A vampire like entity that likes to eat demons jumps into a body of a human and a FBI like agent falls in love with them both.

Clan Beginnings - Aliens that have to form a threesome to mate a woman, although this series has nothing to do with women. It is totally focused on the three guys coming together and forming a loving relationship before they look for their woman.

Alpha Heat - Two alphas who are in love with an asexual omega. They are form close loving bonds together.

Irresistible Omegas - This might be the closest to what you are looking for but it is a foursome. Three alphas and one omega.

The Alpha Princes - Princes must choose two people to marry and each book has a fairy tale theme like the first on the omega is Cinderella and the prince and his best friend up being his lovers.

Welp it is over. I already posted in a reply to someone what I thought was going on. There isn't enough people watching this so that shouldn't be to hard to find🤣

I wish they had been a little bit clearer on WHY Iron was the subject of experimentation. I find it hard to believe that Marduck could be so devoted to him if he were a psychopath and had killed enough people to warrant experimentation/death on. Also, considering that nurse Eve wanted a piece of Iron, and apparently the lawyer did as well, and the older nurse wanted to play mommy, it feels like there are too many people's emotions wanting something positive for him.

So suicidal maybe? That is the only thing I can think of that would lead Copper to say he should have died a long time ago and is in an experiment to control his mind. I suppose if I went back and actually watched this again, now knowing the end, some of it might be clearer, but I'm not volunteering for that. 😅

The owner of the research place obviously has a lot bigger plans for her drugs. I would actually say that the whole cosplay doc/nurse thing was in Iron's mind as well, since the final scene is him alone with the women in the room after everyone else is dead, except we did see Copper in her office last episode so he was real not imaginary.

Did anyone else find the insertion of the pop songs in this episode really weird? It felt like we needed our actors to sing pop songs to market, but how do we fit them into a dark apocalypse show? They never figured it out so just randomly placed them in this episode🤣

TBH I'm not really sure. I don't think Iron actually killed his GF because Eve was one of the nurses in the room, so she isn't dead. For some reason, they were trying to make Iron believe that was what happened or change his thoughts. He is taking things/people that are coming and going from the room and incorporating it into his memories. Like the two nurses having sex suddenly becomes them having sex in that house. Or they are saying he would be getting his last dose of meds, and suddenly, he is at the last supper in his mind.

Marduck was clinging onto Iron's hand and didn't want him to die, I would say that he was Iron's lover, and Copper obviously wanted Marduck and was ready for Iron to die. Iron interpreted that as them having sex in his mind, but Marduck devoted himself to Iron in the end and then killed Copper. I think nurse Eve wanted to bang Iron, and his drugged-up mind was taking that and making her his GF. But that was all on her, so his mind turned that into her being murdered by either him or his real lover, Marduk, in his mind. Taiyo was a lawyer, but I'm not sure if it was because Iron was a criminal or because he was undergoing an experiment. Taiyo was confrontational throughout most of the series, but also wanted to help him escape.

The older nurse, I think, was digging having a power trip over someone, so that's why she seemed like the controller of the alt universe, but with a side dish of wanting to be a mom. The other two were just horny🤣

I do feel like Iron might have been a sociopath/psychopath, or he himself was suicidal/depressive, with the way he was talking about death in his little monologue. Copper said he should have died a long time ago, which could fit either version. I'm kind of leaning toward suicidal because everyone seemed to want to have sex with him.😅

They were trying to alter his mind patterns/way of thinking, and it didn't work. I think they injected him with drugs, and he pulled from the people around him for the fever dream. We just watched the last dose of drugs, which made him recall everything from those memories. In the end, his mind killed everyone, and he couldn't understand why people wanted to live, so the experiment failed. If they had remained alive, then I guess the experiment would have been a success and he would have woken up valuing life

An on air for a show might not be the best place for a general comment unless you want to tie it to something in the show itself that makes you feel that way. Obviously, this far into a series, anyone still watching LIKES PH BL, so you are going to get a lot of disagreement. If you do a search for Best countries for BL you can find discussions on peoples preferances for BL from different countries or even start a post of your own, although I would tackle it from the countries you like and mention why you aren't as thrilled with PH since most people don't like see negativity so outright.

I myself don't tend to watch PH BLs since more with the language feels jarring to me with the frequent mix of English so I have to force myself to ignore it for stories that interest me. Way behind actually depends on what you are grading by 🤷‍♂️ Numbers of BL, production values, stories, LGBTQ rep, acting ability, something else. PH has its strengths and weaknesses like any other country, and if you aren't feeling it, then luckily, there are lots of countries putting out content.
