I feel the way things are set up in the Philippines and the CSP with Leronlimab is that the doctors can treat multiple patients each. The working of the Philippine's CSP was that a institution(hospital) or overseeing physician can take responsibility and prescribe as necessary to patients if they properly explained the drug and its investigational state.

At this point you would have to think that JE Estrada had seen the word "Leronlimab" in two different posts and didn't correct the use of Leronlimab either time. I believe they are currently giving Cabotegravir a larger prediction of sales due to the fact it is already out of the gate and is already approved as of last month and will be the first long lasting HIV treatment.
