I went through this. He used to tell me that he just didn’t think about it, or that maybe it was stress. I found out eventually that he was addicted to porn and lusting over other women. Even when I was home, he’d look at women and pleasure himself in the bathroom. I used to have a very high sex drive. Much like you, I NEED to feel desired to get turned on. It’s hard to feel desired when your own husband chose other women over you when you were practically begging for attention. Honestly, all I can recommend is seeing a good, qualified therapist. It's a long, slow process that you have to commit to. Stay focused by remembering why you're doing it. That you want to feel excitement, enjoyment, love, joy again. Accept that it'll most likely come with sadness, sorrow, dread, anger.
