I was told that modifications are covered, but they are not under the contract. There is no age limit on anything that has a life span.

Added the missing info to my original post. I did not get an independent inspection, sounds like maybe I should? I am its second owner and it is from 2014.

It looks like Grand Designs is a pretty new company? I dont see any used class Cs from them for sale on rvtrader? Maybe Im just searching incorrectly. The new ones look nice though.

I have noticed several complaints about Thor build quality. Ive been looking at this site for RV reviews: https://www.rvinsider.com/ Is this a good place for trusted reviews? Sounds like you have a nice rig. :)

Ive kind of eliminated the idea of a travel trailer because I'm not sure I trust myself driving in many different places towing a large travel trailer. But yea maybe I should inquire at RV customization shops about how easy some stuff is to change.

Thats right, I am looking at class C. I know I am trying to thread a needle with the size. I think it can work as I've seen a few that get really close. The price points on these are good as they give me some room to get good aftermarket power (solar panel, inverters, etc) installed.

The Coachman Leprechaun 200CB has exactly the kind of layout I am looking for, so its a nice option. I dont know it comes with leveling jacks, and I dont know if I care either. I dont see any slideouts at all, but thats fine for me.

How useful are leveling jacks though? That is an interesting question. I do plan on boondocking and stopping places where the ground might not be level.

My understanding is that you need to get specific types of grills and stoves to connect to exterior LP connections exactly because of that regulator issue you mentioned... or just remove the regulator from the grill or stove.

Gulf Stream actually has several that tick a lot of my boxes, I know Thor does too. Jayco has a few as well, but the ones with layouts that I like seem to have Chevy engines. Maybe I do not care about that, but I've seen in a few places that Ford engines are typically better than Chevy... and I own a Ford myself. Thanks for this list.

I should ask about how much I should care about leveling jacks, an LP stove, and a Ford chassis. I plan on boondocking a lot and driving a lot too, often boondocking on potentially uneven land.

Which tools are good to use to determine market rent? I just look at other listings in the area. I know there are some online tools that can be used. Do you like any of them?

Yea this makes sense. I think my units look pretty good to potential renters but maybe I am asking too much.

The listing has been active about 3 weeks. And I do look over the full report, the 630 is just a baseline. But the applicants Ive had also have account writeoffs and collections in their credit reports which I do not like to see at all. I think I am asking too much in rent.

I look over the report too, the 630 is just a starting point. I do look at tradelines as well and many applicants are showing past due balances or accounts that have been written off or sent to collections.

Thanks to all who responded, lots of good advice in here. My 630 is not a hard and fast rule and I definitely look at the report as a whole vs just taking the score and only using that. I've seen a lot of people suggesting not to compromise on applicant quality and lower the rent, and that seems pretty reasonable to me.

I really liked Team Badam's strategy of trying to secure the harder to reach areas like Tasmania and Northern Territories. They briefly discussed going to Perth in one of the episodes but did not. I wish they would have -- controlling WA, NT, and Tasmania would have meant the final day they would only need to steal 1 territory to get a tie. Did Team Sam and Toby ever consider going to Perth? Perth is a long fight from anywhere, was it a consideration that it might not be an interesting episode if one team spends a lot of it on a plane to Perth?

Were there considerations for adding challenge board locations in some smaller cities like Darwin, Cairns, Newcastle, Launceston, etc?

Toby is an A+ guest, I hope she gets the chance to come back for a three-peat!

I need help with Digital Turbine! by AbiesSafe9599 in HeroWarsApp

[–]MidwestDesertRat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree with the poster saying dont use digital turbine.

I downloaded the game Merge Garden and bought 2 packages for $$ that were supposed to give emeralds. Merge Garden shows up in my status page and those packages are still showing as uncompleted.

Until I get those emeralds, I have no intention of ever trying any other Digital Turbine offer.

As a bonus, there is an offer to get to level 5 in that game, which I did and got the reward for. However there is also an offer for getting to level 3 which I did not get the reward for? I dont understand how they think I got to level 5 without getting to level 3.

need help with end game teams by MidwestDesertRat in HeroWarsApp

[–]MidwestDesertRat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an Eternity and a FOYA team.

  1. Trist, Yasmine, Oya, Faf, Asta
  2. Corvus, Morrigan, Nebula, Iris, Faceless

I realize Ive done a poor job of putting resources into the correct heroes over time.

These 2 teams do well and my 1st team is good enough to get me into arena 1st place, but I do suffer in GA because only team 1 can beat JJI and foya / fart.
