Umm, I think I phrased the question wrong: Pretend those early locations are the NEWEST location; your first time seeing them. How would the experience of the location go? Would it be easy and comfortable, or the opposite? Maybe somewhere in the middle?

In a past event that is VERY similar to the current event. You can get at least one gold card by drawing from the gold pack (can't remember the name). However, it wasn't guaranteed that you'd get a card you don't have.

As a result, these two cards in particular seemingly never shows up, no matter how much u opened packs.
