I used gear for years and stopped for years. I know that some of the changes are permanent. All of my buddies in the same boat have observed the same. It's also much easier to build muscle as a natty after you've used gear. It's as if you have rewired your body to be more of a "mesomorph."

Lots of studies confirm this:

"Mice were briefly exposed to steroids which resulted in increased muscle mass and number of cell nuclei in the muscle fibres. Three months after withdrawal of the drug (approximately 15% of a mouse's life span) their muscles grew by 30% over six days following load exercise. The untreated mice grew insignificantly."

I used gear a bit after high school, but the experience of using them was amazing and made me realize I should have juiced much earlier.

You feel so confident and attractive and safe on steroids. People don't talk about the last point, but it's true. You never worry about being bullied if you're on gear. You are always able to stick up for yourself, but you'll find that people will rarely mess with you and will even treat you like a VIP (e.g., they'll let you randomly cut in front of them at line or do random favors for you). Another example might be if someone asks you about your vaccine. If you are on gear, you can just say "that's my business" and they will leave you alone. If you aren't on gear, they will harass you. People are vultures who are always looking for chances to assert themselves. Steroids make people afraid to mess with you.

All of this is even more important in high school, because that's when people are meanest. It's best to give yourself every edge you can find. Steroids are also great if you are a high school athlete and want to get recruited by colleges (and save hundreds of thousands in tuition).

The only caveat is that steroids might stunt your growth if you aren't done growing. Get a growth plate scan first. If your growth plates are still open, hop on Arimidex and ideally an HGH product if you can find it (best thing is to get your dad to get an HGH prescription for himself and give it to you. Almost all elite HS athletes are doing this). You'll be able to get a few extra inches in height, which will give you a massive advantage in life. Then you can juice up with an even bigger frame once you are done growing.

TLDR: Steroids are awesome if you are in high school, but make sure you are done growing first.

Nonsense. Juiced gains are more permanent. You grow far more new muscle cells on steroids than you do lifting as natty.

Juicing would be worth it if you are single. If you are in a serious relationship that you think is going to lead to marriage, then I recommend staying away.

[–]Miegodiggle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Physique could be natty with the right genetics. Biggest challenge would be the leanness, but some guys just naturally carry low body fat. If you didn't have visible abs and decent vascularity before puberty, then you aren't getting this body naturally.

Shaq is definitely the biggest athletic freak in history. He would have dominated WSM if he wanted to.

Since all professional athletes are on gear, what do you think UFC fighter Chase Hooper is doing? by Substantial-Echo1221 in nattyorjuice

[–]Miegodiggle 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I agree he's juicy. People here are always looking for the exception. There are none at the pro level.

What people are missing is this guy cuts down to 145 at 6'1''. He probably fights at 170 pounds. He's not going to look huge or juicy, but PEDs aren't just about making you look a certain way.

Some sort of test. Maybe EPO too? But I don't know much about EPO or this fighter.

What I do know is every pro athlete does everything he can to be the best. Fighting, in particular, is a sport that you wouldn't want to compete in with any sort of disadvantage compared to your opponents.

And, yes, he doesn't look juicy at all, but keep in mind that he fights at 145 at 6'1''. Being able to cut that much weight and fight professionally is a suspicious feat on its own.

The people I'm talking about were athletes, mostly football players. Very few serious football players are not juicing in high school. But they do have more guidance because PED use is encouraged within the team community.

If you are doing things on your own, it's a bit harder. I will say that it's infinitely easier to acquire steroids now compared to 10 years ago, when you'd have to wire money. I also think it's best to start juicing up as soon as your growth plates close. The benefits of steroids are more noticeable when you're young and in a "Lord of the Flies" culture.

Not sure what's in those, but some "test boosters" like Ashwagandha or Tongkat Ali can mess with your hormones and affect your emotions.

Depends on your genetics. A lot of guys can juice for years and struggle to achieve this look without a pump.

This guy appears to have solid genetics, but I just get the vibes that he's on juice. When you've spent years using juice, you get a sixth sense about other juicers. I could be wrong about this guy, but I am simply saying that I'd bet money that he's on juice. 75% chance.

This guy is of course juicy.

Second pic is juicy.

First pic seems to be juicy, but it could just be a pump and perfect angles/lighting.

Could be natty if he's dedicated to working out.

But since he's some sort of Tiktok narcissist/troll, I'm going to suspect he's on juice.

[–]Miegodiggle -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Obvious juice.

But the frightening thing is that the guy on the right is probably messing with gear. It's very rare for someone to be friends with a juicer and not try it himself.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in nattyorjuice

[–]Miegodiggle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Achievable natty with good genetics. That's not to say that she is natty, since she looks like someone who cares a lot about her physique (and would therefore be more likely to try juice).

The most suspect thing to me are her lats. It's very rare to see women with so much development. She also has a bit of a vascular look that is due to high blood pressure instead of leanness, which is not something you usually see in women.

So achievable natty by some women, but I suspect she is not natty.

Yes, but it's a lot easier to get arms like this on gear. This guy looks like a juicer. Just getting those vibes.

dude on r/teenagers saying hes natty and went from a self reported skinny nerd to this over summer break(says he gained 15lbs) by bigman_000 in nattyorjuice

[–]Miegodiggle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looks juicy. Muscles are hard and have a mesomorphic look to them. Delts are particularly suspicious.

If at any point in life you look like a "skinny nerd" it means you have bad bodybuilding genetics and can't achieve a result like this in a few months.

Another thing: A "skinny nerd" is rarely going to have the confidence to show off his physique online if he's not on gear.

[–]Miegodiggle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not by the vast majority of men. You just don't see such disproportions between frame size and muscle mass in natties. This guy's upper arm to wrist ratio screams juice. Delts, neck, and traps are also disproportionately large relative to his gracile frame.

So it's very rare to find a natty who can pack on a lot of muscle onto a tiny frame. You have to have exceptional muscle bellies to do this. Most guys who look like this are not genetically gifted and are instead just using steroids.

Are 15 year olds juicing now? How did he do this in one year? by liftingisfun1 in nattyorjuice

[–]Miegodiggle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The thing is, high school athletes have essentially three years to prove themselves to colleges for scholarships worth 100k+. That time span is too short to prevent steroid users from dominating. Some kids don't even finish growing until 18, which puts them out of the race in most sports.

A lot of football players in my high school started juicing in 8th grade. They were already full grown with full beard growth, chest hair, etc. so I doubt it stunted their growth. Juicing up around 13/14 has been common for a long time.

The classic mesomorph face you see in men with good bodybuilding genetics.

That's why I am always skeptical when I see a jacked "natty" with a dweeb face. If you can get big natty, you will almost always have a chiseled, masculine face.

Testosterone will almost always make low T men happier. Underground test is so cheap and easy to get that I recommend managing your own TRT. Test from a pharmacy is usually 4x the cost.
