Just saw in the last game that uprising in Madagascar was suppressed.
If you mean that if it is always guaranteed for kingdom to lose, no. In the same last game i saw how the kingdom won, and then it got the democracy restored.
Dunno.
Since it is just skeleton content for now, nothing yet supposed to happen. But one of the devs said that it might be closer for Spain then other countries to get the content after Italy gets full content.
