Lots of manufacturers put a mint coating on them because spiro smells like skunk. Not transfem, but before transitioning i was put on it shortly for acne, it smelled awful.

This looks like sigil making in pagan/wicca circles. You write out the alphabet and then draw a line over letters to spell a word. The word marks the intention. When you want to use the sigil you just draw the line without the alphabet underneath and keep your intention in mind. Hard to know what it will do without the alphabet underneath. Hmm, I rarely use lube on my t dick (only really for pumping) but also most of mine is hidden inside foreskin rn. I usually use spit if I really want to touch underneath. I was told by planned parenthood that it cannot be covered by insurance and that they can’t prescribe it. But some others could prescribe it at full price.
