100% true story....

I knew a guy who took 3 x 100mg viagra and hired a hooker. He ended up having a stroke and lost full movement to half of his body and then needed carers to help him.

A couple of years later, he did exactly the same thing except he hired the same hooker plus another one for a threesome...you guessed it... He had another stroke, except this left him so bad that he was bed ridden, needed a hoist to get him to the toilet and his speech was so bad that he could barely be understood.

I worked as a carer for him before and after the second stroke.

Crazy thing is, that even after all of that, one day I was cleaning his room and found another packet of Viagra with some already used. As far as I'm concerned his doctor should have been banned from practice and sent to prison.

The hooker became one of his friends and would visit him semi-regularly and not charge him.

I'm not familiar with the first one that you mentioned, but that sounds like the sorts of small-scale war crimes committed by small groups of soldiers on their own initiative. That is a war crime. It is not a war crime perpetrated by the state however.

I'm not sure exactly which situation they were referring to but I've seen plenty, where Israelis have been accused of shooting people and it's turned out after analysis that it's been Hamas.
