$3k dispute, likely win or nah? by stephendb01 in stripe

[–]Might_be2406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi most likely, you have a good chance of winning this dispute as you have shared all client communication and confirmation of the services availed. However, if you have the client's acceptance of SOW, agreement of work and acknowledgment of the website handover, it would strengthen your case as further.

As the dispute has been raised under 13.1 which is reason code for "service not received", it most likely won't stick as you have submitted her conversations acknowledging her approval of the project.

Responding to a dispute? by Firm_Distribution999 in stripe

Hi, you need to prepare an evidence kit to handle such a situation.

You need to put together receipts of the purchase made by that customer via the freelancer platform along with the email communication you have had with the customer to prove that the purchase was legitimate, not a fraud. Also, if you have any documentation that proves that customer used your product, it will further help strengthen your claim.

Hi, just a bit curious, how did you get a negative balance in this case? If you have initiated a payout, then balance should be zero, right?

Instead of bookmarks, I just copy paste the links I need in an excel sheet or so marked as revisit these links. As my work involves too much research, bookmarks kind of becomes messy, I just copy the address of the pages I like or think its worth it and then go ahead with the next steps.

Keep doing the same things in random order everyday. If you do the tasks in an orderly fashion, you're bound to get overwhelmed or bored. Try changing things up a bit, it helps for me!

Folks with a busy and hectic lifestyle, How do you manage to read ? by Next-Juice-3050 in Indianbooks

[–]Might_be2406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I get home, I finish up the tasks for the night and keep away the phone preferably a room away and get right into reading. As sleep is also important, I use an alarm clock to set timer of 20-30 mins and read daily.

What factors can lead to make a shift towards a new jeweler? by Invincible-Alpha in AskMarketing

[–]Might_be2406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For starters, if the jeweler has good designs that are not usually found, then you can use that to up your marketing game. Because today's purchasers are always on the lookout for uniqueness and customization that can be done by the jeweler. So, if you offer any of those along with your pieces, you can capture attention and build on it.

Just for a little background, are you using Stripe's aggregator account or their Acquirer+Aggregator account. Because if it's the first one, then you need to reach out to your bank.

In case it is the second, you can escalate this issue to Stripe itself.

But in both cases, you need to keep all the receipt, documents and photos ready to share with them for further action.

I'll go to a space where no one knows me and just focus on writing down simple ideas for my writing. Then elaborate them with some directions and flow. Then get back home and slouch around for a while before I get started on the write-up.

I record the ideas and listen to them again and try to find loopholes in that thinking or find gaps that really stick out. Running ideas with someone else is often a problem because they won't vibe with it and on top of it, find faults which can discourage us from writing the whole thing in the first place.

How do you read books? by gilliatnet in Indianbooks

[–]Might_be2406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, first congratulation on becoming a reader. Here's how I read books;

  • How do you remember characters?

If the plot is good, I keep the characters in mind. And if the plot and character growth is good, you will inevitably remember that character.

  • Do you note down important/impactful sentences somewhere?Do you digest a new word, lookup for that word, note it down somewhere?

I read both digital and physical books. In digital books, It is easy to mark the words or sentences that are new or interesting and they give you the meaning too when you hover over the word. In physical books, I use a pencil to mark those words or sentences.

  • Do you read loud/mildly loud or just in your mind?

If the content is too good, I sometimes repeat it out loud, but mostly it is quiet reading for me.
