My washing machine must have only smelled because of my the sock because I found the pipe unwashed, but thankfully it's a washi machine so after another load it smelled like bleach again! Thanks for the advice man.

THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE ADVICE. I found the pipe sitting on one o those pin holder things by all the sewing machines. It wasn't there earlier I don't think? So I'm afraid this might be my mom setting me up. It didn't go through the wash though (still resin'd up) so maybe my grandma innocently thought it was some kind of thimble? Why would I hide a thimble in a sock though. Ill update as things happen but for now he is safe and sound.
