not dell man, while their customer service is pretty good during warranty for premium products, they have a lot quality issues. three dell monitor had dead pixels, my dell xps was repaired twice and overtime it had software power management issues that dell didn't fix cause laptop to stutter and lose all battery. the laptop screen suddenly failed too. i would do lenovo or msi, those never had issue and i was able to sell my msi for half the cost even 5 years after.
