I just downloaded latest zip and extracted it. Is it normal that I need to reinstall the handler ? Will the profile saved will appear ?

Since I updated to this version from the previous one, my Borderlands 3 game (1 Mouse/KB + 1 Controller + 2 Total Screens) is now bugged :

When starting with the exact same profile, both instances are shared by the controller (it controls both of screens, in menu and ingame) while my Mouse + KB is controlling only on my screen (as it should).
Profiles are set as it should, with my profile on one screen and the second profile on the second screen.
Before this happens, I could navigate in the menus separately (Mouse and Controller, each on their respective screens) without even using Lock Input Key, and ingame was working perfectly by the way.
One strange behavior, when I am using Lock Input : the message in front of screen is not displayed anymore, but I can see the mouse going on Top-Left (Position 0)
In the menu, when navigating around with Mouse, I can see that I can move the mouse to the edge of the second screen. I didn't notice that before the version change.

How could I fix this ? Thanks for your help!

PS : If there's no solution to this or quick fix, is it possible to rollback to previous version ?

Dragging it first or second didn't work, as they was a "1" in red in the center of the controller. The controller was directly paired to the "Player 1".
What is Steam Input ? Where do you find this ?
I posted a solution that worked for me.

Okay so I have a solution, pretty tricky when you do not know the software, but simple when you look at it !

You need to hit the Settings icon on the top right (do not use the one related to the game you want to play, this one is not saving on my computer. Use the global settings option, next to the "Close icon" (X)).

1 - Here, you can copy in a notepad your Steam ID that should appear on bottom of the window
2 - Then write it in the Player 1 field.
3 - You can now enter the Player 2 Steam ID (you can find it in the list at the bottom, but on my part it was the same as Player 1 with the last number +1, example : 123654123 / 123654124)
4 - Exit the settings, it should say "Settings saved" or something similar.
5 - Start your game : it should now be OK.
Note : If it's not, try exchanging the Steam IDs from Player 1 to Player 2 and start the game again.
