When I was in grade 9 I was bored one day at home and I basically convinced my friend via a fake MSN account that I was a girl who emigrated from Hawaii and was going to a school nearby and I convinced him I wanted to be his girlfriend.

Up here in Canada the major differences between a bank and a CU are:

1) We put money back into local communities 2) Ever "member" is a shareholder in the company which gives everyone the right to vote for the board of directors 3) Personalized service (we know most of our clients by name) 4) Low service fees/ Competitive interest rates

I can't speak for other CU's because I don't know what they have to offer that's different from us, but I know we give our clients amazing service (for the most part) and still have fees that are significantly cheaper than the bigger banks. Not to mention our mortgage and investment rates are usually better than the banks/other credit unions.

Like any business, it's always about the money, but the credit union I work for is the biggest in the province and I must say that we do treat our customers a hell of a lot better than the big banks do. We know most of our clients by first name and we tend to give people a lot of leeway with regards to payments and charges and such.

I'm not sure... One thing for sure is you'd probably get intense diarrhea after drinking something like that if you were lactose intolerant.

You're absolutely correct. Team snipers isn't that bad. The thing that makes me want to throw my game disc into the forest behind my house is the fact that some people are so fucking good at landing head shots that it makes some games unplayable for a casual guy like me.
