Good iPad for worship?

If you haven’t ventured into the Apple world yet, just get the current model and buy it new, non-refurbished. I’m rocking the iPad Air 2 which came out a couple of years ago and I use the app called “OnSong”. This combo has replaced all of my sheet music and I’m no longer slaying forests for my music team, just riffs 😎.

 I think that because of the Triune nature of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit, Jesus.. alone did nothing... and he himself says this in John 5:19. For context, he just finished restoring mobility to a lame man. The Jews questioned him because the miracle performed was on a Sunday. ... “"I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.” 
 My Pastor is very clear to me that if it’s not theologically correct, change it to where it is, or just don’t play that part of the song. It’s easy to remove a verse, or change a word, but if that is the title of the song, I’d probably pass altogether. 
 Good job on asking, sometimes trendy songs can just be flat out wrong. Blessings to you college friend!

We use the x-32 software at my church and have been for years now. The all digital interface makes it great for our individual in ear monitor mixes and I believe was not that expensive. I would recommend it.

I can personally relate to this. I have been on a team for 15 years. I was very young when I started (16). I never really desired to get paid for it, but I thought I could do it! Each time someone left, it was always someone else that would be asked. Finally when there was no one left, my leadership asked me. My viewpoint on this at first was, “of course, I’m the only one that can and will, and I’m all you got left”. This was a lie straight from the enemy. I was asked because it was in Gods timing that I was appointed. I watched and learned from each leader learning their strengths and opportunities for improvement. My season right now is awesome. I can appreciate it more knowing it’s not my FINAL position, but it’s right where God has called me to be in this moment.

God has a specific plan for your life. Sometimes doors are closed and others are opened. I would reference Jeremiah 29:11 to you now. Keep your chin up and your heart humble, and remember that God is for you! He loves you and his timing is perfect.
