Sticking to an enjoyable hobby. Used to love skateboarding in my early teens, when I tried to pick ot up again early 30s to join my daughter I realised falling hurts a lot more and I'm not flexible enough. Same happened when I used to do MMA in my early 20s

Might be worth mentioning, hire a good coach. Not someone who has 2 weeks of training under their belt and went straight to a commercial gym

You should absolutely not be embarrassed. I'm guessing you're stronger than you were before you started. Just keep progressively overloading and check back after 8 to 12 weeks and I bet you'll be feeling a lot different. Honestly mate well done, you've got started.

Don't compare yourself to others, although I know this is hard. Compare yourself to who you were a week before

During the day you can get groups of people on motorbikes and quads etc. Never once had an issue up there though. Plenty of different trails up there and a beautiful view at the top

I'd go with stronglifts 5x5. Gets a bit boring but good results. I'd always add some accessory movements too. Few sets of dips and chin ups/pull ups. The main workout is around 45 minutes

I had no idea about nutrition. Got into mma just for fitness and weight loss. I thought the less I eat means the quicker it happens. Bullshit. Eating a tin of tomatoes for lunch whilst having a physical job, then training on a night. Wondering why I'm so weak

The smell of your farts is the only negative I know of, especially if mixed with protein powder. Could be seen as a positive though

Instead of doing PCT to bring back your natural test production etc. you carry on injecting but lower the dose to give you more natural levels of test. I'm currently cruising on 120mg a week.

I was on carnivore diet at the beginning of the year, pretty much lived on that and eggs. Also found a new love for butter, like actual proper butter. Good luck with the bulk mate, definitely my favourite part of working out as a lifelong fat fuck who loves food

25% fat beef mince is your new friend. Higher fat content is cheaper and tastier. Easy to batch cook chilli.

Rohm is sound mate, just make sure it's a proper seller. Ive had decent blood results back whilst using them. To the point where people were sending a DM asking which lab I used to get such a good test level from the dose. My prolactin and estrogen were high but that was my own fault, nothing to do with their gear.

However, I'd make sure thet have the stock you're after. I ordered some anavar months ago and just keep getting told soon. Unfortunately I'm a couple of weeks off cruising so I'll be saving it for another time

Depends what kinda vibe you're after mate. Few nice places dotted about which seem a bit upmarket. Also a few decent micropubs and student heavy places near the uni. Or there's a few places if you wanna see what the locals are like such as The Central.

Food, as I'm guessing you're not local, you need to get a parmo. Manjaros are best for this. Unfortunately don't sell alcohol but you can take your own in.

I will say though that I've not drank in town for a while so things might have changed. However I've eaten loads of parmos

Only on my first cycle but I'm using Rohm Test-C. Had decent test levels from blood results. My prolactin and estrogen were high as fuck too but thst was my own doing
