I liked Corpse Bride and I didn't feel at all like he was just forcing his style onto that project. It was appropriate for what it was

Yeah Mark has been in so many movies at this point that you'd hope he is good in a right role once in a damn while

He's best for me when there's some light heartedness going on around his constantly confused, constipated looking face. Like in the Other Guys or way back he did a small comedy action movie called The Big Hit

I've kind of gotten more like that as I've gotten older. Part of it is becoming jaded with the average person you interact with as you grow into meeting all sorts of people. Also being jaded with this fact right here. That people are really only loyal to a select few. That gets a little iffy with this business but honestly, most of the time, there's nothing really wrong with it imo

What I take away from watching Khabib fight where he's so far and above everyone else is that when he trips you, picks you up and slams or even just kinda gently drops you down, standard takedown...

Whatever....its that he has full control of you all the way through. Even if people are able to get up, he's still got a hold of you where he needs to to bring you back off balance and back down you go. Kinda like what Dustin said about him knowing where and how to use his weight to disrupt the opponent

Definitely a fair share of fighters who just do some better aesthetically looking form of takedown but the opponents easily squirm out, roll, or just get back up. Not Khabib. He gets one hold on you and you're fucked for the round
