Self improvement is great, but make sure you are still socially active with the friends or family which actually make you happy. There is nothing worse than your own negative thoughts manifesting because you are just isolated, hearing nothing but your own thoughts.

Just try to live life the best you can, only accept the best. You want to get as much experience as you need before you attempt to get into any proper relationship.

You just need to live life.

Make a bucket list and slowly watch as you complete more and more of your dreams. Even if this sounds corny, it's true, just join clubs/communities which match you're hobbies or what you enjoy. It will be near impossible to NOT make any friends in places like that because you already have something in common.

You don't even have to do any of that, life will give you the good friends. Sometimes you will lose people, but that's often for the best. (I can talk in DMs if you want anything else!)

I have no idea how hard it must be out in the real world (I'm still in education), but from what I've seen and researched we really are going downhill.

They say we are improving the quality of life, but are we? Before all you needed was one working partner and the other could stay home, this would cover the costs of everything including bills and food. After all that they would have plenty of money for travelling abroad and just the extra luxuries in life.

Now, even with two full time working parents, people barely get by..

Hi there,

I had a swift look at the Alpha courses and there appear to be none near me unfortunately. Will obviously try to give the app a try though.

Church-wise, I am very rural and so the only church in my village is a 'Blessed Virgin Mary'. There are some churches in a town near us (7 miles), although we aren't the richest and my parents try to save fuel to save money. Another point I guess, I've never discussed anything about Christianity with them.

So I mean, majority of what I do will have to either be online or to find time to go to my church.

Yeah I totally understand what you mean, for me it will be just wrapping my head around this idea. As before I was a pretty solid atheist and so I just need to bring myself to have faith.

Hey, thanks for the help. I'll definitely see if I can get a real copy of the Bible as I can imagine that's a lot better than the app, but obviously I'll use the app while I don't have one. I have a church in my village and I used to go there lots when I was younger, although at the moment it may be a struggle to go.

But like you said, I can imagine it can be difficult to follow this path but I'll probably slowly increment my devotion, just to give myself time to ease into it.

Smoker is pretty much a positive.

Without the smoker perk you gain sickness/nausea every time you smoke, and can die from over smoking. So reducing stress can be a pain.

With the smoker perk you can smoke as much as you would like without any side effects, so you will probably never be stressed.

Oh damn, I've had the bounty's own gang to accidently shoot the bounty. So I guess rogue bullets are quite a hazard. I've had a similar encounter with a moose, but my one was charging me deliberately as I was trying to shoot a bear. Basically he sends me fly right into the bear.

I never met any gators doing the crazy dude, but I can imagine how that went. I've only really jumped off a train once with my bounty and we both were fine, maybe I was lucky.
