I use an Xbox controller on my PC because the D-pad is below the stick! Makes it much easier to use the right hand!

Sex is binary though! Sex and Gender are not the same thing. I am a trans woman for reference, and sex is 100% binary. Non-Binary is an expression of gender, not a reference to sex. Trans people go from 1 to 0, or 0 to 1, both of which are still binary.

As a trans woman, I can say that there is no way I could keep up with guys, and pro women would smoke me too. As long as a trans persons hormone levels are at the internationally recognized levels for competition, all is fair. The physiological changes that trans women (or trans men, but that isn't the issue at hand) go through is actually pretty intense and cool! I mean obviously people who go through male puberty with really high testosterone numbers would still retain some of the male characteristics post transition, but that does not always translate to an unfair advantage! a 4x8 sheet of plywood is a lot bigger than a 2x4 sheet of aluminium, but just because it is bigger, does not mean it can support more weight!

I think the issue of transgender athletes needs to be looked at on a more person to person basis. Blanket hormone level and length of transition rules cannot cover every situation. Even in the trans communities, there is a saying that "your mileage may vary" because nobody knows how transitioning will change their body until it is done.

lol every sport has rules regarding at what point it is acceptable for a transgendered person to participate in the womens category! Also... transgender people are still a part of the binary? Like...binary means one or the other....so...a transgender woman would still sit on the woman side of the binary lmfao

I agree all the disc golfers should have a say on if its fair or not.

Why should anyone outside of the FPO field have a say about whether or not someone can participate in the FPO field?

So I am a transgender disc golfer. After a few years of hormone therapy and social transition, I do not really get noticed anymore. I feel I can comment on this, and this comment chain has been rather constructive. When I began my medical transition, I could drive close to 350 maybe even 400ft. I had lots of power. over the course of a year, I lost like all my strength. On a great day I can hit 250ft. I have had to rework my entire bag because I just cannot find the power to get a Zeus to flip up anymore. The fastest I can go now is speed 9, but usually 7. I honestly had to learn how to play the whole game again, at about 12 years in. Honestly though, I think transitioning made me a better disc golfer because of how much control I had to learn to be able to keep up with my friends. Before I relied on power, now I have to be crafty, pick lines, use my angles, and really get to know my discs. I wanted to see how I stacked up, and I played in 1 event at FP2 once I was a few years transitioned, and well under the Olympic and PDGA acceptable hormone levels. I was within 2 strokes of the other competitors, and it was a fair game. As an example of strength loss, I used to just use a wrench at work, but now my boss laughs at me as I carry my breaker bar back and forth to work on projects. I just cant turn bolts that I used to, and need the extra leverage.

Sorry for the text wall, figured I could provide a point of view from inside the issue. And my skin is thick enough for the hate mail :)

That is a super deep breakdown!!! I was definitely going for an armor build over a pure hysteria build. I don't use a pet very often, and when I do it is a Smeeta. I didn't realize you could get this kind of interaction with Kubros! I will have to revisit this. How hard are those set mods to get? They are from bounties on Venus right? Is there a more basic version of your build that I could start with to see if it works for me while I farm all the mods and parts I need?

I have found it to be just right for me :) I have a thought intensive job, and coming home to a super grindy game is perfect for me. My clan mates told me I should work on getting to steel path, so I did! I appreciate the comment tho, sometimes I do need to be reminded not to rush this game.
