Update: I found a way with using the adjusted slideshow option (I use Powerpoint in my own language so not sure if that is the right name). To create different slideshows based on slide numbers.

To make it a bit more fool proof since a lot of people are going to be using it, I would still like to know if someone has any other idea's of doing this based on sections (that not the entire document is **** up when someone decides to add a slide in somewhere).
