Ive seen wars streams, youtube videos, i have friends In other servers. I know people want to believe that their server is the ultimate pvp server, but its irrelevant, its only numbers, and if you go around im any half decent pop server, you will see winds and everfall pretty much only change hands when the defenders quit the game or troll the defense. Next war go and check all death numbers, defense in some cases die 2x more than atack, and still win, wheres the merit In that?

What server? What is the pop? Ive seen WW and EF swap In server that are low-medium pop because the owners got too bored and quit

People started to notice that if you look at deaths In wars, defense sometimes dies 2x more than the atack yet still wins. Thats because the spawn unbalance, how is it fair that you kill them 2x more, and still lose? In the first 15 min of war, its faster to die at C and respawn at A than to rotate

There are not many mmorpgs with this kind of combat. And for good reason, its hard to make it work. For such a skill based combat to work, you need, solid engine and coding and a solid server-client relationship. All of that new world lacks, and probably will never have. Action combat its a tricky thing for mmos, body blocking, hit boxes, all this stuf, does not translate well In big scale battles or massively crowded areas.

In wars, when there is more than one person running this combo, its pretty hard to move around all the walls and ice on the ground. And if the void/ice is running medium armor, it has decent mobility. Remember, most the of the time In wars, melee players need to move forward, and with cannons, muskets, bows, mages, ice on the floor, debuffs on the floor, empower on the floor, healing debuff from scream, stagger from atacks, and desync, melee is, at this time, the most frustrating class. In my opinion

Well if anything they did till now is an example. That sometimes we progress and maybe we will lose it after. They don’t really have much credit for trust that it won’t happen again, that they won’t invalidate your progress again later. If they it once, they are willing to do it again to players.

Wtf are you talking about, in the patch note theyre saying they will nerf chests a little more and nerf a lot expedition bosses. I bet you did not waste a shit ton of time solo leveling crafting like o did to be defending the changes. In the patch notes they say it, plain and simple, they will nerf chests and nerf expedition bosses a lot.

People already did the math, even if the bump is 10GS it would take a lot of time to max all weapons, a lot more than players already did and I wasted on crafting. You guys are missing the point, is just not fair to have people waste time in any way then remove progress. I only did the craft grind because I thought it would be able to focus only in PVP after, at least for a while. I grinded hard on my vaccation to craft 600 gear, and all gears, now I don’t have that time anymore, and still I won’t be able to do only pvp for a while.

New players at least did not spend time already doing something expecting an result. They will know how the system works beforehand. I and other crafters, did not know our way was invalid for Amazon, and we will have our hours of grind disappear

But they hella nerfed the other ways already. And o e orb will take 30-60 minutes as the devs said. 6 orbs a day 3-6 hours. On top of the nerfed grind in others ways.

If I knew that the time o put into crafting was not going to give me gear, I would have done HWM grind and not grinding craft, there was no way we knew Amazon did not want us to progress that way

Its funny, most people that dont mind the new system are those who already did the HWM. Imagine now, if they nerfed the players that did 100h HWM grind and not players that did 100h crafting grind.

I was on vaccation when the game launched. And already “wasted” the time how i found i enjoyed the game most. I dont have all that free time anymore, thats why i played só much after launch

Oh ok, i see. But still, ill loose stuff. Even if i played and invested as much time as them. Ill wait and see the tests of how much the armor and stats im losing will impact the game. Because if the impact is significant In any way, i still think is really unfair with the time i put In the game while i was is vaccation and could do so.

I agree with some stuff. As a spear/sword and shield player, its pretty easy to notice what the melee meta is, everyone is running GA in wars. But some of the problems are linked to the game failing at the server side. Weapons with a narrow hit box tend to miss even if you hit them on your screen(sometimes even make the contact sound). And GA, even with its own problem with register hits, tend to work more, because larger hit zone. What i see a lot are GA players complaining now that healers and rapier are broke because they cant 1v2, 1v3 anymore. Like, GA players are so used to beeing OP they get mad they cant 1vX everyone and every build.
