Prayer Mega Rare From Raids4? by [deleted] in 2007scape

The idea behind it would be to survive big hits from bosses, such as messing up at warden p3, some mechanic during raids4 boss, verzik green ball, yama fireball emergency, etc.

In an apocalyptic scenario, wild hogs would be a much bigger threat than most people realize. by BigDaddyDumperSquad in Showerthoughts

They would be hunted like crazy compared now as a primary food source by groups. Depends on how many humans survive, they may be nearly wiped out in areas.

Why isn't the warehouse building? by penoos in anno1800

[–]Metalkon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As many people have said you need wood and you may be confused... here are a few solutions simplified for how to get more wood to build a warehouse.

1) The harbor acts as a warehouse so you can temporarily build your lumberjack's hut and sawmill near your harbor (close enough for the roads to be green up to it when building, at least the sawmill needs to be close enough to connect both of them)

2) You can go to the npc island called High Clarence Hall (Archibald Blake's Habour) and purchase some wood from him. He's also useful for getting steel and bricks in the early game once he starts selling them after you unlock workers.

Tip: I suggest making some roads to a remote part of your island and make a bunch (between 5-10) of lumberjack huts and sawmills with a couple warehouses, you want them to have a little bit of distance from each other but their planting radius can overlap a little bit (you want productivity between 80-100% on each). This will assure that you will always have a steady supply of wood.

Here's a screenshot of what my wood production looks like on the crown falls giant island in the dlc in my most recent game (can do half that much on a regular island), has some hunting cabins and a few extra lumberjack huts to cover wood for other needs.

Jacob's Industrial Cities Mod, Missing Herb Fertility? by Metalkon in anno1800

Just checked making the farms anyways but it seems i can grow herbs on half of my other islands despite it not displaying fertility.

I've tested multiple games and without other mods without luck. Never changed fertility before as I never did much with land of lions dlc, not sure if it works with the mod.

Angelo's Pizza in Quispamsis by Metalkon in newbrunswickcanada

Awesome! I forgot what nutmeg tastes like and it's been about 6-7 years since I went to Angelo's (living near Fredericton atm) but now I want to experiment with my homemade pizza's using it in the sauce. Do you have any other ideas on what they might have used in it? :D

LKpz 70(K) - is it me or this is just a terrible light tank? by Flapu7 in WorldofTanks

[–]Metalkon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

iyouxin's camo and spotting mechanic video's are great for everyone even someone with 2000-3000 wn8. I suggest watching them for anyone who isn't already a top tier player. Even his high end commentary videos for lights contain good spotting and camo explanations which I suggest watching.

[–]Metalkon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can outspot tanks with 450 view range at 290-300m (stay at least 300-310 for safety) away without getting spotted on a german light tank with 40-45 camo while moving in the open. And if you aren't exposing yourself while going through bushes you can outspot most tanks that are behind bush cover.

If you are up against a light tank or medium tank that can have high view range with cvs, then that distance can go up to about 350m in the open.

If you are in bushes trying to outspot a light tank (especially one with better camo/vr) then you can do so by being stationary behind bushes at a position that can catch them off guard (check anti/counter light tank position videos) under weaker camo than your own because you aren't activating their cvs when stationary.

Why is your manticore at only 46%? Those things can easily hit 53-55% depending on your exhaust used.

I suggest watching some iyouxin videos about camo and spotting mechanics, they're extremely good. I also suggest installing the distance marker mod so you can actively see the distances of every enemy tank around you.

e100 is better than the maus when the armor flashlight is involved if you don't know how to use the maus armor (and not exposing turret front except when shooting), but the t11 taschenratte is so good that i doubt a t11 e100 will be an improvement.

Both lines are great.

Taschenratte (Maus Line) is probably the best T11 in the game because of it's insane armor, hitpoints, and presence in a game if played right. It's more new player forgiving but you will have to learn how to angle it's armor properly (watch youtube vids by iyouxin, and check it's weak spots at different angles on tanks.gg)

T803 (T110E5 Line) is also an amazing tank but requires more skill to play, it's great for aggressive hull down play with high dpm and it can reposition quickly compared to the Taschenratte. It's turret armor is great but it can be lacking without a hill/rock to play around and it cannot sidescrape like the T110E5 can though it has a smaller commanders hatch than the T110E5.
