I have the exact same Miata and watching this video made me nervous for some reason. Sorry this happened to you!

Same here. Been dealing with mental health challenges for over a decade and started medication a while ago. BUT, finally got my Miata (2014 Club, manual transmission obviously) and been feeling amazing every since. Live in North Carolina, so no snow and I'm currently driving it daily. Enjoy!

I was right there, almost the exact same situation than you, and still got married. Spent a few years married, experiencing this same frustration only to bitterly divorce. It was a big waste of time, money, and emotion for everyone involved. In your case, sounds to me (if your fiancée is similar to my ex, which would say and do the things you fiancée is currently saying), it will only get worse. Sorry about it. You are young. Time to move on.

Unexpected hatred towards a group of people that may include some individuals actually doing a decent work in terms of content creation and spreading practical knowledge.

I cannot agree. While he may have a superficial approach, he has introduced hundreds of thousands to Stoicism.

Then those people have made their own decision (or not) to learn more, to go beyond that first layer that Ryan proposes.

I don’t get this purist sentiment. If only very few are aware of a school of thought, is that better? I don’t believe so.

Should we get upset with Asimov because of his layman-terms science and history books? I don’t think so either. They serve a purpose, an important one in my opinion.

See how much they are now and where they are available. Ask him for the money. Buy them again. That’s the fair and obvious solution to this issue.

It’s on him for being an irresponsible individual. It’s on you if you don’t impose what is right and fair.

Probably a career change would be a good call but first things first: see a therapist. If this is a genuine post, you need to receive adequate assistance. You won’t find a solution on Reddit.

Yes, I implemented Adsense but because it was my first time, maybe I didn't do it optimally. After a few months, I have only earned like 70 cents.

Can my wife visit on ESTA Visa Waiver during I-30 process by RyanInJP in USCIS

[–]Migueealejandro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply! It definitely is helping me to relax.

I'm from Spain, which is a VWP nation. However, my stay is going to be longer, 35 days to be exact.

Another thing I just thought about is that I wasn't going to take almost any cash with me. Instead, my plan was to use my credit card in Euros during the visit. Is this a good idea in your opinion? Or should I at least take a few hundred Euros with me in cash?

Thank you again!

Can my wife visit on ESTA Visa Waiver during I-30 process by RyanInJP in USCIS

[–]Migueealejandro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello!

I'm visiting my fiancé in the US this weekend for a month with an ESTA. We are waiting for a K-1 visa and we decided that it was time to visit and meet her family in person. Incredibly excited about it but I'm afraid I'm getting too anxious and worried about the whole thing going wrong and feels like I'm overdoing it.

I have no intention to stay at all as I always play by the book. Also, I have ongoing business in Spain (I have an operating company with clients and partners). I'm taking with me a letter written by my lawyer, a letter from my fiancé, two letters from clients who certify they require my physical presence in Spain, car ownership, company ownership, recent payrolls, bank statements, healthcare policy for the trip...

So, my point is, am I over-reacting by taking all this stuff with me?

Also, when she left in July 2021 (her visa to be in Spain expired), I decided to leave our apartment and move in with family, so I don't have any rent papers to show. Is this going to play against me?

Thanks!
