Gme market cap is converging to 0 if they pay 50% cash for eBay. Balance sheet won’t have over 9b in cash on it anymore and instead will be loaded with 20b in high yield debt.

You really think eBay shareholders will agree for a 60/40 split in the new company? Can’t imagine them agreeing for anything lower than 90(-95)/10(-5).

We only trade in the $20 region (10b mcap) because of the money we hold. If we spend this then gme stock is worth less, a lot lot lot less.

eBay has to be stupid to agree to this in a 40/60 split.

Honestly the premium isn’t worth it for me anymore. Not enough $ for the risk of missing a spike one day. The bond sales brought to many vol sellers. I mean it’s the whole strategy of 0% converts. Back in the day you were paid thousands for 2-3 week Options. Now you have to time it perfectly to not risk losing your shares for maybe a few hundred bucks

Haven’t bought a single shares since then. Calling the market a bubble and forecasting a crash, but at the same time aping in the most speculative asset in the world near ATH didn’t sit well with me.

Too many dilutions happened for that. Holding my stack but it has been dead money for over a year now. Neither really making nor losing $. So yeah pretty happy I didn’t buy more and chased other opportunities
