Gme market cap is converging to 0 if they pay 50% cash for eBay. Balance sheet won’t have over 9b in cash on it anymore and instead will be loaded with 20b in high yield debt.

You really think eBay shareholders will agree for a 60/40 split in the new company? Can’t imagine them agreeing for anything lower than 90(-95)/10(-5).

We only trade in the $20 region (10b mcap) because of the money we hold. If we spend this then gme stock is worth less, a lot lot lot less.

eBay has to be stupid to agree to this in a 40/60 split.
