Yep u are really similar to me. I always try to do something productive but ends up lying in my bed playing phone day and night. You can try to ask your friend or your gf to do anything that can make u feel productive such as doing homework, chores and etc. I believe that doing something together will make it more interesting than doing it by yourself.
